Updates

Here’s an update regarding the proposed development of 2072 Mass Ave:

• Last week, the developers asked for a continuance.
• As a result, the next Board of Zoning Appeal (BZA) hearing will be Thursday March 4th @ 6PM 
• The developers mentioned that they plan to come before the Planning Board prior to the BZA hearing (when we know the date, we will update you)
• The developers also mentioned that they will update the community with any new plans

Our community continues to strengthen, now with close to 400 like-minded neighbors.   Some of you have recently asked about getting more involved during the next few weeks. If you would like to help, we are working on the following things:

• Canvassing – dropping flyers in neighborhoods in and around North Cambridge
• Website development – putting together a site to give people more information all in one spot
• Research – helping with various research projects
• Other ideas
